  • Inspections - If you plan on buying or selling your property, you'll need a qualified inspection. Visit our Inspection page for details.
  • Maintenance - We can come out and tell you exactly what is needed to repair damage, neglect, or age. Whether it's a one-time call or I put you on my “Google Calendar.” Our flexible hours ensure you can get the help you need.
  • Pumping - Big and Small Pumping. When pumping, choose a Pumper that knows his $#!t. I became an inspector because I felt I was cheating the customers when I was pumping and really didn’t know what I was looking at. Avoiding Failure is #1 in this #2 business. We are experts at pumping the pooh.
  • Septic Locating - It's not unusual for people to not know where their septic tank is located. And, more often than not, that means it needs servicing in some form. Then there’s drain fields. We can find those, too.
  • Mowing- If your drain field is grown over, We can help. we have a 5 foot brush hog to take down the roses/sea spray/etc. to get your drain field back in shape.
  • Jetting Drain fields and Transport lines- Keep those lines clean, or refurbish the drain field to make it new again.
